With a country of over 180 million people with 25 million of which reside in Lagos and surrounding states with less than 0.1% of the people involved in any form of farming activity. It will be begging the point to say that farming is a lucrative venture and food security is key to our survival and sustenance.
Farming of any kind be it fishery, cropping or vegetable farming or poultry will be a worthwhile investment because people first need is food, food and food followed by the other basic necessities of daily survival.
